Our apartment with bath and 1 bedroom plus laundry facilities was huge. Had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge at our disposal. Location: the hotel was close to the mountain rimmed lake and the mountains surrounding Queenstown.

All in all fantastic setting so close to main bars, and attractions and downtown area.

No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose, couldn't recommend more it. The hotel was 1st class and modern, as for me everything was very comfortable. The room was well-appointed with amazing views, had a good night's sleep. The location of the property was perfect - a 10-15 minute walk from Kiwi and Birdlife Park. Wonderful restaurant provided local dishes.

The employees are extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. The positives include so excellent and nice location and parking on site. The bar is lovely.

The food was decent - lots of options. It had quiet and decent location, right by the centre, lake, township and walking tracks and Highview a high enough recommendation-simply outstanding. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again.

As for me, the area was dull.

Shopping area, absolutely perfect and so excellent location, close to the outskirts of the main town, the lakefront and quiet. A good choice of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Great choice for trip. 1st class hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, great wi-fi. Magnificent setting in the quiet area, close enough to shops of Queenstown, a steepish hill, and Frankton and Queenstown. Modern and heated room with spacious bathroom. Very impressed with 2 televisions and under-floor heating available.

For sure we would stay here again. Make sure to get apartment with an awesome view and a full kitchen plus the middle level.

The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area at the top of a small hill. It was so convenient to walk to the main market area and explore the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I loved that the room had amenities like a heating system and ironing facilities, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected with ease.

The Staff were very accomodating when our arrival time was delayed. The Appartment had a magnificant uninterupted view of the lake. With the extra snow it was still easy to park and exit. The appartments were quite luxurious!! very warm. Kitchen facilities excellent. Very close to town, so walking was not a problem either. Would stay again.

The internet connection was terrible and hard to connect to, we booked as there was a spa pool but the spa was unable to be used during our stay due to it breaking down before arrival
